Whether you are a beginner or a well-experienced runner, this community run is designed to be fun and suitable for everyone! Our coach Laura will start by guiding you through effective technique & warmup drills to help your running. After that, we will run a 6km long run together through the most beautiful parts of Helsinki with a 7:00 pace (approx. 45 minutes). We guarantee this experience will leave you inspired, motivated and most importantly - you will have a blast. Join Laura and us for an unforgettable run together!

The run will start and end at Eläintarhan Urheilukenttä. There will be a possibility to leave your personal belongings to Gymnation personell for the time of the event.
