The high-quality, four-way stretch Gymnation Performance Boost™ material features light compression for a supportive, snug fit that moves with you. The densely knitted matte fabric offers excellent opacity—completely squat-proof—while feeling soft, smooth, and supportive against the skin. It breathes well and dries quickly, helping you stay comfortable during even the most intense sessions.

Ideal for high-intensity workouts, functional training, and heavy lifting. Works also well in running if you are looking for supportive tights with light compression.

Care Instructions

  • Wash sweaty workout gear as soon as possible after use to prevent sweat buildup.
  • Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours.
  • Use a liquid detergent, preferably one designed for sportswear.
  • Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and stretch. For a natural alternative, use laundry vinegar to refresh your gear.
  • Air dry your sportswear. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can damage elastane fibers.
  • If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and avoid ironing over prints.
